Green House 1 (2+2) apartment is located on the first floor and has a separate bedroom for 2 people (bed size 180 x 200 cm or 6’ x 6’6), a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a coffe machine, a combined dining and living room, a 40-inch TV and sofa bed (130 x 200 or 4’3 x 6’6) where 2 people can sleep. The large bathroom with a shower comes with complementary towels, soap and shower gel; and there is also a balcony for you to enjoy your morning coffee or have a glass of wine.

All windows are equipped with electronic external blinds to give you a pleasant living environment.

In the hallway in front of the entrance to the apartment there is a shared washing machine, which can be used by the occupants of both apartments.

There are 2 separate bedrooms in the attic. The large bedroom has two double beds (2x 180 x 200 or 6’ x 6’6) and 2 armchairs for relaxing and viewing the nearby hills, and through the roof window you can see the beautiful mountain of Stol - the highest peak of the Karawanks. The second bedroom is for 2 people, with one double bed (180 x 200 or 6’ x 6’6) and a reading corner. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The roof windows open electronically or automatically, and are equipped with sensors for carbon dioxide, humidity, and rain, so that they provide comfort and excellent air quality.
